Cost includes

• Round trip airfare from Los Angeles to Kathmandu

• Visa Charges

• Bangkok overnight expenses

• Kathmandu clinic lodging fees including food

• Kathmandu ground transportation

• Communication fees includes limited e-mail use, local phone and fax calls

• Nepal domestic transport, within the first month

• Administration fee

• Optional 12 day  trek includes food, guide/s, porters, trekking & permit fees. The option not to trek does not constitute grounds for any refund of fees paid to Helping Hands.

• Airport taxes

• Tips

• Personal expenses

• Extra night stays in Bangkok

• Personal communication costs

Your completed application and deposit of $500 will reserve your space on the trip. The deposit in non-refundable.

NOTE   :  Volunteers may extend their stay 2 months at the most beyond the time of the package, if they wish to do so. However, there is an additional cost for the extension at the rate of US $ 150.00 per week.
