Helping Hands Nepal was established along with Helping Hands USA as both worked as interdependent organizations at both ends. Helping Hands Nepal's main office is located at the Helping Hands Community Hospital, Chabahil and is led by Dr. Gupta Bahadur Shrestha, the Chairman of the organization.
